Nothing terribly new here

A quick summary of numbers from 1/1 through 9/28 first for residential and then for land. No real surprises here. Just the continued trends that we've been seeing. Slightly more sold in the residential market in 2014 but lesser value. Slightly more sold in land and considerably more value sold in 2014 since those waterfront lots over $200,000 seem to have been selling far more often than they have in the past few years.

Don't have a whole lot to say today. Back from a quick vacation (2.5 days) and doing a bit of catch up. Also, it is a most spectacularly beautiful day out, so no reason to spend all day behind the computer. You've seen this information before....lots of active inventory in both categories, but obviously land has far more in relationship to what has sold....still, people are buying and putting some real dollars into our market these days.
